Syracuse Herbal SG Holiday Potluck: Herbs for the Dark Times

In our very first year, we made the decision that December was just too busy a month for most of us to have class. However, we also took it as an opportunity to host an open house, with the goal of creating community and celebrating learning. We haven't done it since - but it might be time to bring it back.

This December, join us again at Lauren's house in Homer, NY for a free event. In what have become fairly dark & difficult times, bring a dish to pass, enjoy community and find opportunity to celebrate with us, remembering that joy is an often overlooked path to resistance. A mini-class will be offered on herbal remedies for mental health & chronic stress, including helpful recipes and protocols.

This gathering will also serve as an opportunity to create some light of our own - help us strain & bottle Winter…
