Syracuse Herbal SG July: A City Walk at Bitternut

Hi everyone!

Please join us for our annual SHSG city walk, where we chat about herbs that grow right under our feet in our "commonest" of places. However, these urban weeds make up the foundation of our Western apothecary, because its no accident that they like to spend so much time around us humans - they are both our greatest healers, and our most faithful neighbors.

This year we are pleased that the walk will be held at Bitternut Homestead, our friends and partners who host the Syracuse Herbal Study Group community apothecary. Not only is their block jam packed with herbal goodies, but they have some special things growing to share with you - and we are honored that our friend and Bitternut member Frank Cetera will be there to offer his knowledge of edible plants alongside the medicinal uses.
