As we find ourselves back indoors right at before the spookiest nights of the year, we are excited to use that opportunity to chat with you about aging. The end of October represents the close of the year - the Last Harvest, and the beginning of a celebration of death, darkness & stillness that comes once the Earth moves into its resting time. The time between this close and the return of the Sun around the Winter Solstice is often just forgotten about. But this time belongs to the aging Earth, and the many symbols that represent her in the form of aging gods, goddesses and magical creatures. From Santa Claus to Santa Muerte, late Fall cultural imagery brings to mind the importance of late-phase life - and now is the time to bask in the glow of aging.
