Is the apothecary open to anyone?

Yes. There are no requirements for using the apothecary beyond living in the CNY area.

How do I know if you have what I'm looking for?

How do I pick up?

You will need to fill out our Pick-Up Form, which includes a liability waiver and acknowledgment of non-treatment. Once we have reviewed your form, we will reach out by email to arrange pick up.

Will my herbs include directions and guidance on how to use them?

No. We serve as suppliers only, and herbs obtained from the apothecary do not constitute prescriptive guidance. If you have questions about how to use your herbs, reach out to your herbalist or medical provider!
